The BBC Politics show recorded a news segment discussing the issues facing care homes during the Covid pandemic. This was principally filmed at Temple Grove Care Home and featured footage of testing taking place there. Residents were also interviewed describing how well the home had handled the pandemic and expressing frustration at the Government’s approach to both testing and visiting. Mark Ellison was asked about the Government’s new Winter Plan, testing and the impact of Brexit on recruitment.
This was followed by a panel discussion featuring MPs who discussed the points raised during Mark’s interview.
